Filter ELS / ESO
Cartridge filters are used for post-filtration of already prepared process water. They filter the smallest suspended and microparticles down to a size of 1 µm and thereby guarantee the high requirements of spindle cooling water of CNC machining centres.
ESO cartridge filters consists of a polypropylene housing with 1¼” supply and discharge connection, are designed for an operating pressure of up to 4 bar and have a delivery rate of up to 2000 l/h. 76.2 cm filter cartridges with different filter units can be used for particle separation from 1 to 100 µm.

Lamellar filters are used predominantly as primary filters for pre-filtration of ESO cartridge filters. They can also be used as the main filter for low process water quantities without a high particle concentration.
Lamellar filters consist of a polyamide housing and are designed for an operating pressure of up to 10 bar. The delivery rate is up to 25 m³/h per filter module and dependent on the filter unit that is used. The filter unit has a screw mechanism with which the pre-tension of the coated lamellar discs can be loosened and the filter can be flushed conveniently. As a result, lamellar filter units can be re-used after being rinsed out.
